Yes — set a custom foreground (dot) color and background color. Keep strong contrast between the two for reliable scanning; avoid pairing two light or two dark colors.

It controls how much of the code can be damaged, dirty, or covered — like by a logo — and still scan correctly. Low recovers about 7%, Medium about 15%, Quartile about 25%, and High about 30%, at the cost of a slightly denser code.

Any text up to 1000 characters — URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, plain text, contact details, payment links, and more. The scanning device decides how to interpret it.
